Shipping & Returns

Derwentbank specialise in Canine & Equine products for shipping to the UK mainland and the Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland. If you require products shipping outside these locations, please contact us.

Shipping
All items will be despatched next working day after cleared payment is received, although early orders may be despatched same day. Not inclusive of bank holidays.

Items up to 1 kg will be despatched by Royal Mail next working day after cleared payment is received, via second class (unless faster postage is paid for), Monday-Saturday.

Items over 1 kg will be despatched by courier next working day after cleared payment is received. Via DHL Monday-Friday. Please allow 48 hours from despatch to delivery.

Returns
If your item if faulty or damaged you will be refunded completely once we receive the goods back. Please note no replacement or refund will be offered until the goods are returned to us. If the item is found to be faulty a replacement or refund will be offered, plus reimbursement of the postage expenses.

If you are not happy or satisfied with your product, simply return it to us within 7 days from the date of receipt, your money will then be refunded or a replacement issued less our original postage costs, this will be privately arranged with individual customers. All postage for returning fit for sale goods is at the buyers expense.

Saddle Shipping & Returns

Shipping: We ship via DHL 48 Hour delivery. We will dispatch the next working day after payment is received. Delivery, once dispatched, usually takes 2-3 working days.

Your saddle will require a signature upon receipt, and we will pass on your phone number to the courier. If you are not home to sign for your Saddle, you will be left a card, with the number of your local depot so you can re-arrange delivery at a convenient time for yourself.

We will provide you with a Shipping number once the Saddle has been dispatched so you can track the progress.

Undamaged Goods/Customer not satisfied: If you are not happy or satisfied with your saddle, simply return it to us unused with labels still on, within 14 days from the date of receipt, your money will then be refunded or a replacement issued less our original postage costs, this will be privately arranged with individual customers. All postage for returning fit for sale goods is at the buyer's expense.

Damaged Goods: If your item is damaged on arrival, we will have it collected by our couriers. Once it has been collected, we will refund you completely. No shipping will be at the customer’s expense on damaged goods. Please be aware that boxes often get damaged during transit, and this does not warrant a damaged Saddle.

If the item is found to be faulty within 12 months of Purchase, a replacement or refund will be offered. This only cover’s actual manufacturing faults. We will have the Saddle collected and assessed before a refund will be granted.

Lost during Shipping: If your item is lost during shipping we will refund you in full, once the saddle has been out for delivery 7 working days, and we are unable to track it.
